Hey, Welcome! This is Victoria Ter from VictoriaTerLifestyle.com, the place where you will learn how to build, grow, and create a profitable and successful Online business and be on your way to becoming that Ultimate Lifestyle Entrepreneur! Okay Now let’s dive in, to today’s Episode.

Episode # 8 where I will be sharing with you the 3 Steps to Grow your Home Business Fast, by Team Duplication!

Let me ask you a question, Are you having a hard time duplicating and growing your team?

If so, let me share with you the steps that will help you duplicate and grow faster…

 

Step 1

As soon as you sign someone up, you need to help them set up for success! Not only do  you want to sign someone up, you want to retain them right?

 

So their getting started process, especially in the first 72 hours should be a smooth one. So They need to know what to do next! Now they are all excited to get started in this business and they are ready, but half the time, they just don’t know where to go or what exactly to do.

 

So you need to Get all the housekeeping done with them.

 

Make sure you equip them with information that they can share with their loved ones right away, those are usually the first people they will get objections from.

 

You want them to be equipped and ready to handle those objections.

 

Make sure you tell them to check their mail for the company starter kit.

 

Maybe you can create a Get started list guide.

 

I know many times your company will already come with one, but that will be only part of their get started guide.

 

Find out if they want to do this offline, or Online?

 

There should be a reference for them to go to as to how they can get started. Such as calls they need to plug into, and trainings they need to plug into, and also external marketing sources that they need to plug into.

 

Most companies are good at  knowing their product but their job is not to market it, that’s your job as their new distributor, or affiliate, you are the ones they will be paying good money to, for marketing their products. So You need to learn how to market it properly, find out what tools you need to use, and then share those learnings with your team so that they can duplicate you successfully.

Step 2

You will need to plug them into a system that works. A system and a community that can help them learn and grow as a person and as a professional in the industry.

 

I can’t emphasis how important this is, especially if you are new and your upline is probably just as new. You need a place where there is guidance for your type of business. A place  that can help you and your team generate leads and prospects for you to talk to so that you and your team can start the duplicating process and start to build a massive empire.

 

You may think that you are in a product and service industry, but you are not, you are in a business duplication industry.

 

The better you get at helping your team duplicate this business fast and make money, the bigger your team will grow, and so will your financial rewards!

 

Telling them to just go share the products alone to their friends and family isn’t enough. Do you think you can support a business based on just friends and family alone, unless you have thousands of those?

 

No, you need to learn how to market the business and reach the masses with the right target market!  

 

If you opened up a restaurant, do you think your friends and family is enough? No way! And even if you do, doesn’t mean that those friends and family are even the right people with the right mindset and desire to start a business.

 

You need a system that helps you and your team attract like minded people to your business and help you and your team grow faster. Its way easier and scalable to duplicate a team that way, especially if you can just plug them into a system, than to try to train them one by one on your own. Anybody new can plug new members into a system, but they can’t duplicate your impeccable training skills right away.  And if they think they half to, they won’t even bother to join you!

Step 3

You go out there and you work you’re ASS off in this business and you inspire them! Put in the work! Invest in yourself!

Get all the tools you need to run a proper online business if you decide to bring your business online. Learn the proper way to sponsor, get every book, every course you can get your hands on about sponsoring, every course on driving traffic, etc.  and you go out there and you crush it.

 

Use those results to inspire your team! Many of you may be saying, I wouldn’t be reading this post if I was crushing it. Well that’s okay, you will still work hard and let everyone you know, that you are well on your way, but at the same time leverage your team leader, if your sponsor is new too, that cool too, keep going all the way up till you find a team leader to talk about and inspire others with his or her story!

If you don’t put in the effort, and do everything you need to do, nothing will happen, results don’t come magically, they come through consistent daily actions.

 

If you are not doing well and have no results, it’s not because you are stupid, or dumber, you are just as bright as all those top Leaders, you just need to hone in on those skills and perfect the art of this business..

 

If you want it, you can get it..and don’t tell me you never finished high school and you are not smart enough, we have people in this business who never finished high school, raised kids on their own, and are crushing it in less than a year in this business, so the problem is, either you are not putting in the time and work, or if you are putting in the work, then you are probably just missing certain skill sets and trainings on that area, and you are probably not leveraging the tools that are out there to make this business easier, so you are probably just working harder, than working smarter! So find the right tools to leverage and put in the time. There is no real easy way around this, if you want to succeed and get paid like a real business, you have to work on it like one. Otherwise you just have a side gig, that pays you what a side gig usually do, not much…
