For online business owners, we get pitched on a daily basis and many times it can be very annoying, but what if we can turn all the pitches around and reverse it. What if we can flip the pitch and end up getting those that pitch to us, interested in what we have to offer them instead. Imagine the growth of your business if you are able to achieve this.

HOW TO FLIP THE PITCH!

Hello and Welcome! This is Victoria Ter from VictoriaTerLifestyle.com, the place where you will learn how to build, grow, and create a profitable and successful Online business and be on your way to becoming the Ultimate Lifestyle Entrepreneur! Okay Now let’s dive in, to today’s Episode.

Let me ask you a question.

What happens when someone Pitches you? What do you do? I’m sure you get plenty of these each day, especially when you are on social media… You are probably just ignoring them right? Or just don’t know what to do.

Well, In today’s episode I will be sharing with you how you can flip the pitch, especially when someone pitches you on social media…

 

First of all,  you need to know that if someone is pitching to you, that is a very good thing? Why ? because that means they are a type that is working on their business activities and you will want people with those work ethics on your team. So they are usually great prospects.

 

However when you pitch the pitcher, you don’t want to pitch them right after they just pitched you! Then it becomes a pitching battle. So what you want to do is divert it, don’t do what they do to you, going on and on about how fab your business is, instead of pitching them back, just simply tell them you are not recruitable because you are happy with your leadership and your business. Then simply ask them how their marketing strategy is working for them?

 

This is what you can say to them..you can modify it a little bit to make them in your own voice, but word for word can work effectively as well!

 

You can say something along side this:

 

“Thanks so much for sharing your business with me! You seem very passionate. I am very happy with my company leadership and I’m not recruitable at the time, but just curious, how has this strategy been working for you. Hope you have a an awesome day! Thanks again for reaching out!”

 

You see how simple that was. There’s no pitching back, just trying to learn about the prospect and how they are actually doing with this strategy that they are using, to see if they may need your help in their business. Many times they will tell you that they are fabulous that their business is excellent and it might be, but a lot of times, it’s not.  So when they do tell you that it’s amazing, and that they are doing great, you can always ask them, what do they mean by great, or amazing?

Eventually the truth comes out if they are not doing well. Or they will just ignore you, and that’s totally cool, you just move on to the next person. Don’t get hung up on any one prospect. However, for the ones that do tell you the truth, that it isn’t working out that well!, you should come in as the hero, with a solution, and assist them any way you can, that way they can start viewing you as a leader, and an authority figure.

Eventually they will start to become interested in what you do and at some point, if they are not already really happy with their company, they will end up convincing themselves that they want to work with you because everyone wants to work with someone they feel will help them move their business to the next level, and if you’ve been helping them all this time, at some point, not always, but most of the time, they will end up sign up with you. And if they don’t because they love their business..they may become a customer instead because everyone can shop right?

What I want you to know here is, you should always also have an additional option to offer to them, like some sort of an affiliate program that can help them progress in their business further. If you don’t, you will end up leaving money on the table. To have an additional offer doesn’t take up any more of your time. So you should always have another offer to present to them. Okay, so you see how easy it can be to reverse the pitch and pitch the pitcher. AAAH…THATS A  lot of Pss…
