A High Converting Lead Magnet Blueprint!

You will be learning about what it is, and the importance of how it contributes to the growth of your sales.

First of all, what is a lead magnet? 

Let me go over that Real Quickly for you!

A lead magnet is pretty much anything that you offer of value to the interested party or potential buyer, in exchange for their email or contact information so that they can get on your email list.

There are various types of lead magnets.

 

And I’m going to list a few examples that I found to be very effective. 

 

1. A PDF of an ebook
2. A check list
3. A email masterclass training on a specific subject
4. Access to a membership only site or Group for valuable information
5. A coupon if you sell a an actual product
6. And various others that you are willing to give away that is useful to the user.

 

So pretty much, This is how it works….

 

You create a giveaway that is relevant useful information for your target audience.

 

You set up an email autoresponder to a landing page that captures the email and connects with the autoresponder to automatically get on your email list and send more valuable information and offers in the future.

 

Your audience will then download your information and then receive automated emails from you as you set them up.

 

This method has been proven to work over and over again.

Okay lets move on to what …

A convertible lead magnet formula blueprint entails:

 

If you want  your lead magnets to convert it usually need the following:

 

1. It has to be easy to read and finished – if you have a sales pitch on it and its about 200 pages long, the consumer most likely would never get to the end. Not most people in the business would give it or even have that much time to finish. If it doesn’t serve the purpose, what is the point right?
2. It should be a step by step or something that the consumer can take immediate action so it increases engagement for you. If consumer is not active on it, it decreases conversions.
3. Instant access: If you can give it to them instantly. No one wants to wait. You want to get it to them right away while they are still interested.
4. Its FREE, people don’t usually want to pay for a lead magnet, this makes it simple.
5. It’s Relevant to them, regardless of industry, make sure what you are giving away would really help them and matters to their needs. Don’t say you will give them one thing and offer something else.
6. Pre-frame the offer – Make sure the lead magnet educates the individual about the subject matter and pre-frames it so that it makes the sale easily for you. Pretty much it can be a sales presentation in a form of information. An educated buyer usually buys if they know what benefits will come from the offer. If you are selling a vitamin, your lead magnet can be a list of the 10 things to look for when buying vitamins, and then make sure the vitamin you are offering meets the 10 criteria. That will encourage the buyer to buy yours, verses some else.
7. There is a call to action to do something, once you provide the information, you always want to tell them the next step to obtaining what they learned from the lead magnet to make it a reality. If the lead magnet is all about nutrition and vitamins and the benefits of those vitamins, you should have a call to action link that allows the consumer to buy the product if they desire it. Thats where the conversion comes in too.

The next thing that is very important is…you need to be in the know…you need to…

Know industry News and happenings and use that !

Example:

If you are in a dog business, know what the latest news about dog care or techniques to train your dog that has been talked about in your industry and offer something like. “The Five secrets to have a dog listen to you instantly” or “The 5 best ways to care for your dog so they don’t get flees”. Whatever it may be.

Or if you are in the cooking industry, you can offer “The top ten new age cooking techniques that will speed up the prep time” or “The 10 must have latest kitchen equipment checklist”.

If you are in the internet marketing or online marketing space, it could be “How to not get shut down from facebook ads ” or “Video marketing strategies that will grow your business”

Whatever the industry, make sure it is relevant to the user.

If you follow this formula, you are bound to get higher conversions for your lead magnet and therefore grow your sales substantially…
